Rebates can be claimed through HBF, Medibank Private and other private health insurers. To find out your rebate amount, please contact your insurer.
Support at Home Program
(formerly Home Care Package Program)
Physiotherapy can be accessed through your Support at Home funding. As an Associated Provider under the new Aged Care Act, Abode Physiotherapy is able to provide physiotherapy services to Support at Home participants.

NDIS
We accept clients with either plan-managed or self-managed NDIS plans. For more information please call us on 0479 086 102.
Department of Veterans’ Affairs
We welcome Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) clients. DVA Health Cards (Gold and White) are accepted as payment upon a GP referral.
Medicare Chronic Disease Management
We also accept referrals issued under a Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan (formerly known as an EPC Plan).
